A PERFECTLY IMPERFECT STORYThis section is usually about professional experience, training, certifications, and skills.
This can all be found on my LinkedIn Profile. The story is about Ada, the person behind all this. Like all of you, I am also on this beautiful journey called life. All my adult life I worked very hard to prove that I could do things, that I am good enough, and the kind of person who is driven by all the “no” and “you can’t do it”. Little did I know then that this approach would leave me depleted at some point. For me that was when all my life seemed to be falling apart, I wasn’t performing professionally, my personal relationships started deteriorating, financially I was on my way to bankruptcy, and the worst of all for me, I wasn’t a good mother. But still the fear of change, of the unknown, was keeping me in that frozen state, change seemed worse than all of that I was living. Until one night, standing in the courtyard of a psychiatric hospital trying hard to control my behavior, and emotions and not act hysterical. I was there as a companion although it may seem the other way around. That was the moment when I finally realized the consequences of not making a change – the role of companion could change to that of patient. In that moment fear of change diminished because the fear of such a scenario was greater. That was the beginning of the journey because, for me, it was the only option possible. I know now that moments like this, of discomfort and challenge, are an immense opportunity for change and growth. But it is through this process that we discover new strengths, build confidence, develop a clearer vision, and unlock the magic that lies within all of us. We don’t have to wait for the right moment, opportunity, or situations that challenge all our limits, we can create opportunities for ourselves. |
Coaching Philosophy
At the heart of my coaching practice is the belief that each individual possesses unique strengths and the capacity for transformative growth. I see coaching as a collaborative process – a partnership – where I work hand-in-hand with clients to identify their objectives, define their path, and accompany them on their journey towards achievement and performance. Respect, empathy, curiosity and a genuine commitment to client success are the cornerstones of my approach. |
